Yesterday, Sunday August 30, was the final show in the Old Town Summer Sunday Sounds series. Thanks to the Downtown Business Association and Bohemian Foundation for giving me the chance to produce the series this year. Thanks to all the bands and singer-songwriters who made it a special series.
A sadder note to report ... According to venue booking agent and sound person, Jill Brzezicki, it turns out that at 4PM yesterday, the owners of Hamilton's, the newest restaurant and music venue to grace the old Linden's location on Linden Street was letting its staff know that they were closing their doors, effective today.
